You have to find the elixir of knowledge as the ship's captain is missing, and no one knows how you control the sub; it is sinking, and they need the elixir to stop this and avoid crashing into the bottom of the sea.

Can I cancel my booking? Bookings cannot be canceled within 48 hours of your scheduled game time. Can I reschedule my booking? Bookings cannot be moved within 48 hours of your scheduled game time. If you request to move your booking within 24 hours of your game, a £20 fee will be charged. This is subject to availability and at our discretion—there is no guarantee that we can accommodate a change.

Late arrivals will lose time from their game. We ask all teams to arrive 15 minutes early to allow for check-in and briefing. There is a 5-minute grace period, but after that, your game will start without you. No refunds or rescheduling will be allowed for late arrivals.

Can I play if I have consumed alcohol or drugs? No. For the safety and enjoyment of all players, we have a strict zero-tolerance policy for alcohol and drugs. Anyone under the influence will be refused entry to the game, and no refunds will be given.

What is an escape room? An escape room is an immersive, interactive experience where you and your team solve puzzles and complete challenges to achieve a goal within a set time limit. It’s a mix of problem-solving, teamwork, and adventure! How long does the experience take? The game itself lasts 60 minutes, but we ask all teams to arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and briefing. The entire experience, including debriefing, will take about 75-90 minutes. Am I locked in? No, you are never truly locked in. You can leave the room at any time if needed. Emergency exits are always available.

Can I add an extra person to my booking? Yes! Please email or call us in advance to let us know. The extra player can be paid for upon arrival before your game begins.
