You have to find the elixir of knowledge as the ship's captain is missing, and no one knows how you control the sub; it is sinking, and they need the elixir to stop this and avoid crashing into the bottom of the sea.

Can I cancel my booking?

• Bookings cannot be canceled within 48 hours of your scheduled game time.

Can I reschedule my booking?

• Bookings cannot be moved within 48 hours of your scheduled game time.

• If you request to move your booking within 24 hours of your game, a £20 fee will be charged. This is subject to availability and at our discretion—there is no guarantee that we can accommodate a change.

• Late arrivals will lose time from their game. We ask all teams to arrive 15 minutes early to allow for check-in and briefing.

• There is a 5-minute grace period, but after that, your game will start without you.

• No refunds or rescheduling will be allowed for late arrivals.

Can I play if I have consumed alcohol or drugs?

• No. For the safety and enjoyment of all players, we have a strict zero-tolerance policy for alcohol and drugs. Anyone under the influence will be refused entry to the game, and no refunds will be given.

What is an escape room?

• An escape room is an immersive, interactive experience where you and your team solve puzzles and complete challenges to achieve a goal within a set time limit. It’s a mix of problem-solving, teamwork, and adventure!

How long does the experience take?

• The game itself lasts 60 minutes, but we ask all teams to arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and briefing. The entire experience, including debriefing, will take about 75-90 minutes.

Am I locked in?

• No, you are never truly locked in. You can leave the room at any time if needed. Emergency exits are always available.

Can I add an extra person to my booking?

• Yes! Please email or call us in advance to let us know. The extra player can be paid for upon arrival before your game begins.
