No. However many players are in your group, you'll have the escape room entirely to yourselves.

How much does it cost?

What's the age requirement?

Minimum age is 12 for all rooms, except Abigail which is 15+. Players under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

How long does the experience take?

The game itself lasts 60 minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and briefing. Plan for about 75–90 minutes total including debrief.

Am I locked in?

No — you're never truly locked in. You can leave the room at any time, and emergency exits are always available.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Bookings cannot be cancelled or moved within 48 hours of your game time. Requests to move a booking within 24 hours incur a £20 fee and are subject to availability at our discretion.

Question 7

What happens if we're late?

There is a 5-minute grace period, after which your game starts without you. Late arrivals lose time from their game and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Question 8

Can I play if I've been drinking?

Accepted Answer

No. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for alcohol and drugs. Anyone under the influence will be refused entry with no refund.

Can I add an extra player?

Yes — email or call us in advance and the extra player can be paid for on arrival before your game begins.
